Kat Rogers
Attorney Rogers brings a wealth of experience and a passion for justice to the practice of family law. She graduated cum laude from Troy University, with a B.S. in History and Political Science, consistently making the Chancellor’s list and contributing to the Tropolitan. She then studied law at The University of Maryland, where she served as Senior Editor of the Maryland Journal of International Law and represented her school on the prestigious Vis Moot Court Team in Vienna, Austria. An active member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Women’s Bar Association, Kat has always been deeply involved in the legal community.
As a full time family law attorney, Kat is dedicated and excellent at helping clients and their families navigate complex legal issues with compassion AND expertise. Her professional background is diverse, with roles at the Library of Congress Law Library, UMB Gender Violence Clinic, the ROAR Center of Baltimore, and Calhoun, Faulk, & Curtis LLC prior to joining our firm to continue the pursuit of her passion.
Originally from Wetumpka, she enjoys hiking with her dog Mint, weightlifting, and pilates in her free time; she also holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. An avid traveler and cultural enthusiast, Kat has studied abroad in the Netherlands, Cuba, and Malawi, enriching her perspective and legal expertise.
